Terms & AI
The basics of using HIOCS, and how its AI recommendations work.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
01 · Using HIOCS
HIOCS is a free golf-travel discovery service operated by Golfwise Group Oy. We do not sell or book flights, accommodation, tee times, insurance or travel packages.
When you send an enquiry, we pass it to the golf destination, which replies to you directly. Any booking is between you and the destination, not HIOCS. Please use the site lawfully and do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorised access or overload it with automated requests.
02 · AI recommendations
HIOCS uses AI to compare your preferences with our golf-destination information, rank destinations and explain the matches. It also creates example schedules from your trip details.
AI can make mistakes. Results and schedules are suggestions, not advice or guarantees, and they are not booked itineraries. They do not confirm availability, prices, flights, weather or opening times, so please verify what matters directly with the destination or provider before you book or pay. Recommendations do not make decisions about you, such as access to credit, insurance or employment.
03 · Your responsibilities
Our destination information comes from curated records and partner material. We aim to keep it accurate, but it may be incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking things that matter to your trip, such as visas, travel advisories, insurance and cancellation terms. Links to other websites lead to services we do not control.
To the extent the law allows, Golfwise Group Oy is not liable for loss from relying on incomplete or outdated information, or from services supplied by others. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited. We may change the service or these terms as HIOCS develops. Finnish law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
